1. Shipping Locations

We ship across Australia and internationally. Shipping options and estimated timeframes may vary depending on your location.

 

2. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Custom and commissioned artwork may require additional time. Estimated timelines for commissions will be discussed prior to purchase.

 

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Domestic shipping (Australia): Standard and Express options available via Australia Post or courier.

  • International shipping: Tracked delivery via Australia Post International or global courier partners.

  • Delivery timeframes:

    • Australia: 2–10 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days (may vary based on destination and customs)

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

 

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to activate.

 

6. Packaging

All artwork and merchandise are securely packed to ensure safe arrival.

  • Prints are shipped in rigid mailers or protective tubes.

  • Framed pieces and larger items are boxed and padded appropriately.

 

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Sid Domic Art is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
