My curiosity about my culture and our traditional ways led me to explore native bushfood ingredients. As Co-Founder of Thiliarra Bush Organics, I’m proud to be able to share these ancient foods with you all - crafted to suit our modern lifestyles & cuisine for health & wellbeing.
 

At Thiliarra Bush Organics, our mission is to bring the true flavours of Country into every kitchen pantry, through our wild fermented honey vinegars infused with native bush botanicals, artisanal Australian salt seasonings, and our thoughtfully curated native tea range. We are dedicated to reconnecting people with the first foods of this ancient land- celebrating their unique tastes, cultural significance, and powerful health benefits.

Rooted in respect for Country and its wisdom, we aim to inspire a deeper appreciation for native ingredients and the ecosystems they come from. By championing the growth and use of native plants, we hope to play a part in restoring the land and sharing the story of its abundance - one bottle, one blend,
one brew at a time.
