Refund Policy

Effective Date: 8 June 2025

At Sid Domic Art, we take great pride in the quality of our artworks and merchandise. Each piece is created or selected with care. Please read our refund policy below before making a purchase.

 

1. Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing an order, especially for prints, commissioned artworks, and custom items.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us via email at sid@siddomicart.com.au

  • Include your full name, order number, and clear photos of the damage or issue

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging (if requested)

We will assess the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

 

3. Commissioned Artwork

Deposits for commissioned artworks are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
If the artist is unable to complete the commission due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

 

4. Refunds (If Approved)

Once your refund is approved, we will process it to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

 

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe:

  • First check your bank account again

  • Then contact your payment provider
    If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
