Artwork Featured in Queensland's Reframing the Relationship Plan
Art has the power to communicate values, create connection and tell stories that continue long after the artwork is complete.
It was an honour to have my artwork, Reconciliation, featured in the Queensland Government's Reframing the Relationship Plan, supporting a shared commitment to strengthening relationships with Aboriginal peoples and Torres Strait Islander peoples. The artwork represents connection, collaboration and the responsibility we all share in creating meaningful pathways forward.
The publication includes the story behind the artwork, exploring the meaning of its symbols and how they reflect the vision of the plan. Rather than retell that story here, I'd encourage you to read it in full.
